Ensure to keep the unit well ventilated and clean the condenser regularly. *To maximize the ice-making performance of your plumbed-in ice-maker, it’s ideal to have it in a steady environment with a 20°C ambient temperature and 10°C water temperature. While your ice-maker can handle higher temperatures, these conditions ensure peak production capacity. Adjustable Leveling Feet (+/- 20mm)

The fault indicator light flashes - 1 flash
  • The fault indicator light flashes once repeatedly.
  • Poor connection to the ambient temperature sensor. The wiring to the ambient temperature sensor may be loose or faulty.
  • Ambient temperature sensor malfunction.
  • Replace the ambient temperature sensor if necessary.

 

The fault indicator light flashes -2 flashes
  • The fault indicator light flashes twice repeatedly.
  • Poor connection to the evaporator sensor. The wiring to the evaporator sensor may be loose or faulty.
  • Evaporator sensor malfunction. Replace the evaporator sensor if necessary.

 

The fault indicator light flashes - 3 flashes
  • The fault indicator light flashes three times repeatedly.
  • Poor connection to the ice full sensor. The wiring to ice full sensor may be loose or faulty.
  • Ice full sensor malfunction. Replace the ice full sensor if necessary.

 

The fault indicator light flashes - 4 flashes
  • The fault indicator light flashes four times repeatedly.
  • Poor connection to the condenser sensor. The wiring to condenser sensor may be loose or faulty.
  • Condenser sensor malfunction. Replace the condenser sensor if necessary.

 

Fault indicator light - constant light
  • The fault indicator light remains on constantly.
  • Magnetic valve failure. Check if the magnetic valve operates correctly during ice removal and that ice drops smoothly.
  • Water pump failure. Inspect the water pump to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Insufficient water supply. Check the water supply. If normal, restart the ice-maker.
  • Inlet valve malfunction. Inspect the inlet valve and replace the water level sensor or inlet valve if needed.
  • Low water pressure. Ensure the water pressure is above 2 bar.
