• We reserve the right to modify product and shipping prices without prior notice. Price changes apply only to future orders.

• Payment is accepted via MasterCard, Visa, and EFT through PayFast, a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

• Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

• A confirmation email will be issued as proof of the transaction.

• Risk in the product transfers to you once it leaves our premises. Ownership passes upon full payment.

5. Cancellations and Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods.

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing by the person who placed the order.

• Refunds will be subject to the terms in our Refund Policy and may include a 15% handling fee and applicable return shipping costs.

• Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

6. Refunds and Returns

• If the order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be issued minus a 15% handling fee.

• If cancelled after shipment, shipping and handling fees will be deducted in addition to the 15% handling fee.

• We recommend returning products via a trackable courier service. Lost parcels will not be refunded.

7. Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

• Direct Liability: Our total liability to you for any proven direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

• Indirect Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SnoMaster and its affiliates harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of our products or services, including but not limited to claims related to personal injury, property damage, or regulatory breach.
