Any faults or concerns identified during the service will be communicated to you. A separate quote will be provided for any repairs or parts required. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.

Our service department is designed to give your SnoMaster appliance the care it deserves, with thorough cleaning, inspection, and maintenance across all product categories.

Please Note

Servicing does not repair faulty components or restore heavily worn appliances to new condition.

Ice-Makers: Every 6-12 months, depending on usage.

Camping Fridge/Freezers: Annually or before extended trips.

Beverage & Wine Coolers: Every 12 months.

  • Service Scope
    • A standard SnoMaster service includes cleaning, inspection, and basic performance checks as outlined per product category.
    • Services are preventative maintenance only and do not include repairs, part replacements, or fault diagnostics beyond basic checks.

     

  • Condition-Based Service

    • Services are carried out based on the current condition of the appliance.
    • Heavily scaled components (e.g. severe lime build-up), corrosion, or damage may limit the effectiveness of cleaning.
    • Additional work required due to excessive wear or damage will be quoted separately.

     

  • Exclusions

    The following are not included in a standard service:

    • Replacement of parts or components.
    • Gas recharging or sealed system repairs.
    • Electrical fault repairs.
    • Internal components that are inaccessible or unsafe to clean.
    • Cosmetic restoration beyond light polishing.

     

  • Booking & Payment

    • Full payment is required prior to or upon completion of the service (depending on booking type). Service pricing is fixed per appliance and includes VAT.
    • Off-season discounts apply only between June and August.

     

  • Turnaround Time

    Standard turnaround times will be communicated upon booking. Turnaround may vary depending on:

    • Appliance condition.
    • Volume of bookings (especially during peak season).
    • Customer Responsibility.
    • Appliances must be delivered in a reasonably clean and empty condition unless otherwise agreed. Customers must disclose any known faults or issues prior to service.
    • SnoMaster is not responsible for loss of contents (e.g. food, beverages, cigars).

     

  • Testing & Post-Service Performance

    • A basic operational check is performed after service.
    • While every effort is made to ensure optimal performance, SnoMaster does not guarantee that servicing will resolve underlying faults not related to maintenance.

     

  • Collection & Storage

    • Customers will be notified once the appliance is ready for collection.
    • Appliances not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage fees.

     

  • Warranty on Service

    • The service itself does not extend or replace the product warranty.
    • Any faults identified during or after service may require a separate repair assessment.

     

  • Liability

    SnoMaster will take all reasonable care during servicing. SnoMaster is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage
    • Wear and tear due to age or usage.
    • Failures unrelated to the service performed.
