FAQ
The Appliance Is Not Cooling Enough
  • Verify that the temperature control is set correctly.
  • If the external environment is warm, adjust the setting to compensate.
  • Minimize how often the door is opened to maintain consistent cooling.
  • Check that the door is fully closed and the gasket is sealing properly.

 

The Appliance Turns On and Off Frequently
  • Ensure the room temperature is not too high. If necessary, relocate the appliance to a cooler environment.
  • Avoid overloading the appliance with a large number of items at once.
  • Confirm that the door is closing completely and not being opened too frequently.
  • Check the temperature control setting and inspect the condition of the door gasket.

 

Excessive Vibration
  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a level surface.
  • Check that no parts inside the cabinet or compressor chamber are loose.

 

The Appliance Is Noisy
  • Rattling or humming sounds are normal and occur due to refrigerant flow.
  • Gurgling sounds may occur at the end of cooling cycles; this is normal.
  • Popping or cracking noises can result from the contraction and expansion of the interior walls.
  • Ensure the appliance is level to reduce noise.

 

Display Shows “HH” or “LL” with a Continuous Buzzing Sound
  • This indicates an issue with the temperature probe. Contact a service technician for assistance.
