Water is not cold
- Over consumption of water in short time; wait for a few minutes and try again.
- Check the power supply; ensure the switch at the back is turned on, or ensure the cable or power supply has not been damaged.
Water is not flowing from the taps
- Ensure the bottle is not empty; replace with new water bottle.
- Inlet of bottle supporter blocked by bottle seal; remove the bottle and clear any obstructions and reinstall the bottle.
Bottle supporter is leaking
- Check that the bottle has been installed correctly and that it is not damaged. You will need to replace the bottle if damaged.
Status indicator, red light is on
- Float switch may have failed. Check or replace the float switch
Status indicator, red light is flashing
- The cabinet door is not closed or the door switch has failed. Check the door is closed, check the door switch or replace the door switch.
