The Display Shows "HH" or "LL" Along with a Buzzing Sound
  • This indicates a problem with the temperature sensor. Contact a service technician for assistance.

 

The Door Won’t Close Properly
  • Ensure the appliance is level and stable.
  • Verify that the door is correctly aligned, especially if it has been reversed during installation.
  • Clean the door gasket to remove any dirt or debris that might be preventing a proper seal.
  • Check that shelves or other internal components are not obstructing the door.

 

The Appliance Makes Unusual Noises
  • Rattling sounds are normal and caused by the flow of refrigerant.
  • Gurgling noises may occur during cooling cycles, which is also normal.
  • Popping or cracking sounds can happen as the internal walls expand or contract due to temperature changes.
  • Ensure the appliance is level to minimize noise.

 

The Appliance Vibrates Excessively
  • Check that the appliance is placed on a flat and level surface.
  • Inspect the interior and compressor chamber for any loose parts.

 

The Appliance Keeps Turning On and Off
  • Confirm that the room temperature is within the recommended range. If it’s too hot, consider moving the appliance to a cooler location.
  • Avoid overloading the appliance with too many items at once, as this can restrict airflow.
  • Check that the door is securely closed and not being opened frequently.
