FAQ
The compressor runs for 1-5 minutes then stops

• Select a well-ventilated area and keep the fridge/freezer away from direct sunlight.
• Switch the power o and restart after a couple of minutes.

The compressor is running but interior of the fridge/freezer is not getting cold

• Ensure the fridge/freezer is well-ventilated.
• The Ambient temperature is too high, ensure it is not in direct sunlight or a nearby heat source.

The compressor does not run

• The battery protection is set too high, see battery protection settings.
• Ambient temperature is too low, relocate the fridge/freezer to a warmer area, preferably at room temperature.
• Controller error.

Temperature within the fridge/freezer is too cold and the compressor is running continuously

• Please relocate the fridge/freezer to a warmer area, preferably at room temperature.
• The thermostat probe may be faulty.
• Check that the temperature is set properly.

The Fridge/Freezer is noisy

• Ensure that the fridge/freezer is level.
• Check for any internal loose parts.
• Check that there is no dust or obstructions on the condenser fan.
