Why is no water entering my SMIC-30S Ice Maker after startup (E4 / E5 error)?

  • Water inlet valve fault.

 

Solutions:

  • Turn on the water supply.
  • Reconnect or tighten the water pipe.

Why is my SMIC-30S Ice Maker producing ice very slowly (HI / HIG error)?

Possible Causes:

  • Dirty condenser.

  • Clean the condenser regularly.
  • Ensure there is enough ventilation space around the unit.
  • Keep the unit away from heat sources and ensure ambient conditions are within normal range.

 

Why are my SMIC-30S ice cubes small or partially formed (E4 / E5 error)?

Possible Causes:

  • Low water level in the water bin.
  • Low water pressure (below 2 Bar).
  • Restricted or leaking water supply.

 

Solutions:

  • Ensure water pressure is between 2–4 Bar.
  • Check for blockages or kinks in the water line.
