If your SnoMaster SMIC-12 is only producing smaller ice cubes, ambient temperature or water circulation may be affecting performance.

Possible Causes:

  • High ambient temperatures.
  • The appliance is positioned in direct sunlight.
  • The water pump is faulty.

What To Do:

  • Move the appliance to a cooler location.
  • Keep the appliance out of direct sunlight.
