FAQ
Fridge not turning on

 

  • Causes: Loose plug, low battery voltage, blown fuse, or disconnected power supply.

  • Solutions:

    • Check and secure all AC/DC cables.

    • Confirm the battery voltage is above 10V.

    • Replace the fuse if blown.

    • Ensure the power source is active.

 

Fridge not cooling or temperature too high

 

  • Causes: Poor ventilation, warm food loaded, lid not properly closed, or incorrect settings.

  • Solutions:

    • Maintain at least 150mm clearance around the unit for airflow.

    • Allow food to cool before loading.

    • Keep lid tightly closed.

    • Adjust temperature to a lower setting.

 

Compressor runs continuously

 

  • Causes: Hot environment, restricted ventilation, or thermostat set too low.

  • Solutions:

    • Improve ventilation and clear vents.

    • Raise the temperature slightly.

    • Ensure fridge is not overloaded.

 

Unusual noise or vibration

 

  • Causes: Uneven surface, fridge touching other objects, or loose items inside.

  • Solutions:

    • Place fridge on a stable, level surface.

    • Ensure clearance around the fridge.

    • Remove or secure loose items inside.

Works on 220V but not 12V

 

  • Causes: Blown vehicle fuse, loose Mini Anderson connection, or battery below cut-out voltage.

  • Solutions:

    • Replace the fuse.

    • Check 12V cable and tighten connectors.

    • Recharge or test the battery.
