  • Ensure there has not been load shedding or a power cut.

Temperature inside the appliance is not getting cold enough
  • Ensure the appliance is not overloaded.
  • Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
  • Confirm that the door is fully closed and not being opened frequently.
  • Check the door gasket for proper sealing or damage.
  • Verify that the appliance has at least 150mm ventilation space around it.

 

Temperature inside the appliance is too cold
  • Relocate the appliance to a warmer area, preferably at room temperature.
  • Check for adequate ventilation around the unit.
  • If the thermostat probe is faulty, contact SnoMaster Service to replace it.

 

Moisture forms on the inside or outside walls of the appliance
  • Condensation is normal in humid or coastal regions.
  • Set the temperature to a slightly higher level to reduce condensation.
  • Open the door less frequently and ensure it seals properly.
  • Seasonal humidity may cause temporary condensation.

 

Door does not close properly
  • Inspect the door gasket or seal for tears or wear.
  • Ensure shelves and compartments are correctly positioned.
  • Verify that the appliance is level and that no objects obstruct the door.
