Solutions:
Plug the SnoMaster SM-80 into a working power outlet
Switch the unit on at the control panel
Possible Causes:
Water tap is closed
Water supply pipe not properly connected
Water filter missing or incorrectly fitted
Faulty water-inlet valve
Solutions:
Turn on the water tap
Reconnect or tighten the inlet pipe
Check and reinstall the water filter correctly
If water still won’t flow, contact SnoMaster Service
Possible Causes:
Dirty condenser
Poor airflow around the unit
High ambient or water temperature
Solutions:
Clean the condenser regularly to improve cooling efficiency
Ensure adequate ventilation around the ice maker
Keep the unit away from heat sources or direct sunlight
Possible Causes:
Low water level in the bin
Water pressure below 2 bar
Blocked or leaking water line
Solutions:
Check that water pressure is between 2–4 bar
Inspect and clear any restrictions in the water line
Repair any leaks in the supply system
Possible Causes:
Normal condensation forming on the surface
Loose hose or pipe connection
Water filter incorrectly installed
Solutions:
Limit door openings or relocate the unit if condensation is excessive
Tighten all hose fittings
Reinstall or replace the water filter correctly
