FAQ
The Appliance Is Not Cooling Properly

  • Avoid overloading the appliance with too much food.
  • Confirm the thermostat is set to an appropriate temperature.
  • Ensure the appliance is not placed in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
  • Check that the ambient temperature is within the appliance’s operational range.
  • Verify that the door is fully closed and the door gasket is sealing properly.
  • Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the appliance for proper airflow.

The Appliance Is Too Cold

  • Adjust the thermostat to a higher temperature setting.
  • Use the highest setting only for rapid cooling after adding large quantities of food, and reset it afterward.
  • If the compressor runs continuously, lower the thermostat to a suitable temperature.

Moisture or Condensation Inside/Outside the Appliance

  • High humidity or hot weather may cause condensation; this is normal.
  • Set the temperature to a slightly higher setting to reduce frost buildup.
  • Keep the door closed as much as possible to minimize moisture entering.
  • If condensation forms on the exterior, wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

Unusual Noises (Gurgling, Cracking, or Bubbling Sounds)

  • Gurgling or bubbling noises are normal as refrigerant flows through the system.
  • Water flowing sounds during defrosting are also normal.
  • Cracking or popping noises can occur when the appliance’s interior expands or contracts with temperature changes.
  • If the compressor is noisier than usual, it may be under heavy load but should quiet down after a short time.

Compressor Runs Continuously

  • Check if the room temperature is excessively hot and move the appliance to a cooler, ventilated area if necessary.
  • Avoid adding large quantities of warm food all at once.
  • Inspect the door gasket for wear and ensure the door is closing properly.
