The Appliance Is Not Cooling Properly

Avoid overloading the appliance with too much food.
Confirm the thermostat is set to an appropriate temperature.
Ensure the appliance is not placed in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Check that the ambient temperature is within the appliance’s operational range.
Verify that the door is fully closed and the door gasket is sealing properly.
Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the appliance for proper airflow.

The Appliance Is Too Cold

Adjust the thermostat to a higher temperature setting.
Use the highest setting only for rapid cooling after adding large quantities of food, and reset it afterward.
If the compressor runs continuously, lower the thermostat to a suitable temperature.

Moisture or Condensation Inside/Outside the Appliance

High humidity or hot weather may cause condensation; this is normal.
Set the temperature to a slightly higher setting to reduce frost buildup.
