FAQ
Why is my ice-maker not turning on?
  • Check if the ice-maker is correctly switched on.
  • Make sure there has not been a power cut or load shedding.
  • Inspect the plug for damage and confirm that the voltage is correct (220–240V).
  • Ensure installation requirements (level surface and ventilation) are met.

Why is my ice-maker only producing small or medium ice?
  • The first few cycles may take 13–16 minutes per cycle, depending on ambient temperature.
  • Move the appliance to a cooler area out of direct sunlight.
  • If issue persists, the water pump may be faulty and require replacement.

Why is the “Water Low” indicator light on?
  • Fill the ice-maker with drinkable water, and it will restart automatically.
  • If using reverse osmosis (RO) water, add a pinch of salt to improve sensor accuracy.
  • Clean the water level sensor screws gently with fine-grit sandpaper.

Why is the “Ice Full” indicator light flashing or staying on?
  • The ice basket is full – remove some ice.
  • If the light flashes, switch off the unit and check for ice obstruction around the pusher.
  • Allow the unit to rest for 3–5 minutes and recalibrate by gently pushing the ice pusher to its default position.
  • If unresolved, the water box motor may need service or replacement.

Why is the compressor running but no ice is being made?
  • Clean the water tank and check for debris or blockages.
  • Confirm that the fan is running.
  • If still not working, the solenoid valve may need replacement by a qualified technician.
