Water is not hot or cold:
- Over consumption of water in short time; wait for a few minutes and try again.
- Check the power supply; ensure the switch at the back is turned on, or ensure the cable or power supply has not been damaged.
Water is not flowing from the taps:
- Ensure the bottle is not empty; replace with new water bottle.
- Inlet of bottle supporter blocked by bottle seal; remove the bottle and clear any obstructions and reinstall the bottle
Bottle supporter is leaking:
- Check that the bottle has been installed correctly and that it is not damaged. You will need to replace the bottle if damaged.
Noisy operation:
- Ensure the water dispenser is positioned on an evenly/flat surface.
