Temperature Inside the Appliance Is Too Cold
  • Relocate the appliance to a warmer area, preferably at room temperature.
  • Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  • Check if the thermostat probe is functioning correctly; if not, please contact SnoMaster support for replacement.

 

Moisture Forms on the Inside or Outside Walls of the Appliance
  • This is normal in hot and humid weather, especially in coastal areas.
  • Increase the temperature setting slightly to reduce condensation.
  • Condensation may vary seasonally due to changes in humidity and temperature.
  • Limit door openings and ensure the door is properly sealed at all times.

 

Unusual Noises (Gurgling or Cracking Sounds)
  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a level surface.
  • These noises are typically caused by the flow of refrigerant during cooling cycles.
  • Confirm there is adequate spacing around the appliance and that it is not in contact with other objects.
  • Cracking noises may occur as the appliance adjusts to temperature changes; this is normal.
  • If noises persist, inspect for loose components and contact a service agent if necessary.

 

Compressor Runs Continuously
  • Check if the ambient temperature is too high; relocate the appliance to a cooler, ventilated area if needed.
  • Verify that the voltage supply is stable; turn off the appliance and restart it once the power is restored to normal.

 

Compressor Is Running, but the Compartment Is Not Cooling
  • This may indicate a refrigerant leak or a blocked system. Please contact a service agent for assistance.
