Ensure the SM-250 has sufficient space for airflow.
Keep the unit away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Possible Causes:
Insufficient water flow or pressure.
Blocked water line or filter.
Water temperature is too warm.
Solutions:
Inspect the water line for kinks or blockages.
Confirm correct water pressure between 2 – 4 Bar.
Use cooler incoming water to stabilise production.
Possible Causes:
Drain pipe is loose or not properly connected.
Condensation forming on the unit surface.
Internal hose connection is loose.
Solutions:
Tighten or reconnect the drain pipe securely.
Wipe away normal condensation from the exterior.
Inspect internal hose fittings and reseal if necessary.
