These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the SnoMaster SMEX Competition (“the Competition”) conducted by SnoMaster (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”) in association with Holdsport Group (Pty) Ltd T/A Outdoor Warehouse . By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Competition Period
The Competition opens on 1 October 2025 and closes on 31 March 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
2. Eligibility
• The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of SnoMaster, Holdsport Group (Pty) Ltd T/A Outdoor Warehouse, or any of their associated companies or promotional partners are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
• Purchase any SnoMaster SMEX Mobile Fridge & Freezer from Outdoor Warehouse during the Competition Period.
• Each purchase includes a limited edition Leisure Legends deck of playing cards.
• There are 10 prizes in total. These prizes are represented by 10 unique prize cards that have been randomly inserted into selected SnoMaster Leisure Legends playing card decks. If your deck contains one of these prize cards, you are an instant winner of the prize indicated on the card.
4. Prizes
A total prize pool of R50 000 is available, consisting of:
• Outdoor Warehouse Vouchers: 1 x R15 000, 1 x R10 000, and 1 x R5 000 (total R30 000).
• SnoMaster Appliances: 7 × SnoMaster 12Kg/24Hr Bullet Ice-Makers (Model ZBC-14B) (total R20 000).
Important Note: Prize cards have been randomly placed within selected decks. The odds of finding a prize card depend on the total number of participating products sold over the promotional period.
5. Prize Redemption
• Winning cards contain a unique QR code.
• Winners must scan the QR code, complete the online form, and provide their contact details along with valid proof of purchase.
• Prize claims will be reviewed and verified by the SnoMaster team.
• Once verified:
o Outdoor Warehouse voucher winners will receive their voucher codes via email from shandre@snomaster.co.za.
o Ice-Maker winners will have their appliance delivered to their nominated address within 21 business days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
• All prizes must be claimed by 31 December 2026.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Notification
• Participants who uncover a prize card and complete the QR redemption process are considered provisional winners, subject to verification.
• SnoMaster will contact winners via email or phone if additional details are required.
7. General Rules
• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged prize cards, claims, or proof of purchase submissions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these T&Cs.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding prize allocation and verification is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Data Protection & Publicity
• Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and fulfilling prizes.
• By entering, winners agree that their names and photographs may be used for publicity purposes, without compensation, by SnoMaster and Outdoor Warehouse.
9. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, partners, and agents accept no responsibility for:
o Any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in this Competition.
o The acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Jurisdiction
• This Competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
