Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the SnoMaster SMEX Competition (“the Competition”) conducted by SnoMaster (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”) in association with Holdsport Group (Pty) Ltd T/A Outdoor Warehouse. By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

  1. Competition Period

The Competition opens on 1 October 2025 and closes on 31 December 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

  1. Eligibility

The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of SnoMaster, Holdsport Group (Pty) Ltd T/A Outdoor Warehouse, or any of their associated companies or promotional partners are not eligible to enter.

  1. How to Enter
  • Purchase any SnoMaster SMEX Mobile Fridge & Freezer from Outdoor Warehouse during the Competition Period.
  • With each purchase, the customer will receive one sealed SnoMaster Leisure Legends deck of playing cards at the point of sale.
  • A total of 10 winning decks, each containing a unique gold prize card, have been pre-allocated and distributed randomly across participating stores.
  • If your deck contains one of these gold cards, you are an instant winner of the prize indicated on the card.
  1. Prizes

A total prize pool of approximately R50,000 is available, consisting of:

  • Outdoor Warehouse Vouchers:
    • 1 × R15,000
    • 1 × R10,000
    • 1 × R5,000
      (total R30,000)
  • SnoMaster Appliances:
    • 7 × SnoMaster 12Kg/24Hr Bullet Ice-Makers (Model ZBC-14B)
      (total R20,000)

Important Note: 10 winning decks exist in total (3 Outdoor Warehouse voucher prizes and 7 SnoMaster appliance prizes). The allocation of winning decks has been pre-determined and distributed randomly across participating stores. The odds of receiving a winning deck depend on the number of participating products sold and the distribution of winning decks.

  1. Prize Redemption
  • Winning decks contain a gold prize card with a unique QR code.
  • Winners must scan the QR code, complete the online form, and provide their contact details along with valid proof of purchase.
  • Prize claims will be reviewed and verified by the SnoMaster team.

Once verified:

  • Outdoor Warehouse voucher winners will receive their voucher codes via email from shandre@snomaster.co.za.
  • Ice-Maker winners will have their appliance delivered to their nominated address within 21 business days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

All prizes must be claimed by 31 December 2026.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  1. Winner Notification
  • Participants who uncover a gold prize card and complete the QR redemption process are considered provisional winners, subject to verification.
  • SnoMaster will contact winners via email or phone if additional details are required.
  1. Store Distribution & Audit
  • For transparency and compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, each participating store is required to record the allocation of playing card decks against each qualifying purchase.
  • These records must be submitted to SnoMaster for verification.
  • Only sealed decks supplied by SnoMaster and handed over at the point of purchase are valid for entry.
  • Any tampered, copied, lost, or unverified prize cards will be disqualified.
  1. General Rules
  • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged prize cards, claims, or proof of purchase submissions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these T&Cs.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding prize allocation and verification is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Data Protection & Publicity
  • Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and fulfilling prizes.
  • By entering, winners agree that their names and photographs may be used for publicity purposes, without compensation, by SnoMaster and Outdoor Warehouse.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, partners, and agents accept no responsibility for:

  • Any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in this Competition.
  • The acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  1. Jurisdiction

This Competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
