Terms & Conditions

Valid: 15 December 2025 – 15 January 2026

  1. Promoter
    The SnoMaster Travelling Legends Competition (“the Competition”) is promoted by SnoMaster (Pty) Ltd.
  2. Competition Dates
    The Competition opens on 15 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 15 January 2026.
    No late entries will be accepted.
  3. Who May Enter
    • The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of SnoMaster and their immediate families may participate for fun but are not eligible to win the prize.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, customers must:
    1. Take a photo of their SnoMaster product in a holiday moment during the campaign period.
    2. Post the photo on their social media (Facebook or Instagram).
    3. Tag @SnoMasterSA.
    4. Use the hashtag #SnoMasterTravellingLegends.
      Only posts that include both the tag and hashtag will be considered valid entries.
  5. Entry Requirements
    • Photos must feature an identifiable SnoMaster product.
    • Entries must be posted from a public account or be visible to SnoMaster for verification.
    • By entering, participants confirm the photo is their own and that they have all necessary permissions to share it.
    • SnoMaster may request proof of ownership of the product if required.
  6. Prize
    • One winner will receive a SnoMaster ZBC-15 Counter-Top Ice Maker.
    • The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged for another product.
  7. Winner Selection & Announcement
    • One winner will be selected by SnoMaster based on all valid entries.
    • The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter.
    • If SnoMaster cannot reach the winner within 5 working days, a new winner may be selected.
    • The winner will be officially announced no later than 31 January 2026 on SnoMaster’s social media pages.
  8. Use of Content
    By entering the Competition, participants grant SnoMaster permission to:
    • Repost, publish, or share their submitted photos across SnoMaster’s marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and advertising.
    • Use their name and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  9. General Conditions
    • SnoMaster reserves the right to verify all entries.
    • Any fraudulent, unclear, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
    • SnoMaster reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
    • Decisions made by SnoMaster regarding the Competition are final and binding.
  10. Data Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Competition and will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfilment.
