LOW VOLTAGE INDICATION:
• Try an alternative power source in the vehicle or plug into a dedicated 220V AC power source. If the issue is resolved, there may be an issue with the original power source.
• Check the cable (if the cable has been changed or modi ed, the problem will persist, try using the original cable).
• In the case where the 12V cable has been modified, for every meter in length that the cable has been increased, the diameter of the wire needs to increase by 2mm.
• Fan Fault: The fan is drawing too much power and will need to be replaced.
COMPRESSOR START ISSUE:
• Unplug the fridge/freezer and wait 10 minutes.

• Power Supply Fault.
• Compressor Fault.
• Compressor Controller Fault.
LOW MOTOR SPEED:
• The fridge/freezer might be overpacked. Reduce the volume of items inside the fridge/freezer.
• Select a well-ventilated area and keep the fridge/ freezer away from direct sunlight.
• Clean the vents / ensure there is a clear air flow over the compressor.
• Fan Fault.
OVERHEATING:
• The ambient temperature is too high, move the fridge/freezer to a cooler place, out of direct sunlight.
• Clean the vents / ensure there is a clear air flow over the compressor.
• Fan Fault.
