FAQ
Fridge not turning on
  • Causes: Loose AC/DC plug | Low battery voltage | Blown fuse | Power source switched off.

  • Solutions: Check that all power leads are secure | Confirm battery ≥ 10 V | Replace fuse if blown | Ensure power is on.

 

 

Fridge not cooling or temperature fluctuates

 

  • Causes: Blocked ventilation, lid opened too often, warm food loaded, high ambient temperature, or incorrect temperature setting.

  • Solutions:

    • Maintain 150mm airflow around the unit.

    • Keep the lid closed securely.

    • Allow hot food to cool before loading.

    • Select a lower temperature on the controller.

 

Compressor runs continuously

 

  • Causes: Hot weather, poor airflow, damaged lid seal, or thermostat set too low.

  • Solutions:

    • Improve ventilation and clear air vents.

    • Check and replace damaged lid seals.

    • Adjust the thermostat slightly higher.

 

Noise or vibration during operation

 

  • Causes: Uneven surface, unit touching other objects, loose items inside, or movement on rough terrain.

  • Solutions:

    • Place the fridge on a stable, level surface.

    • Ensure there’s clearance around the unit.

    • Remove loose items inside.

    • Secure the fridge using the mounting holes.

 

Fridge works on 220V but not 12V

 

  • Causes: Blown vehicle fuse, loose 12V connection, damaged cable, or battery below the cut-out level.

  • Solutions:

    • Replace the vehicle fuse.

    • Tighten Mini Anderson plugs.

    • Inspect cables and connections.

    • Recharge or test the vehicle battery.
