Compressor is running but the interior is not getting cold

 

Possible Causes:

  • Inadequate ventilation.

  • Ambient temperature is too high or the unit is near a heat source.

Solutions:

  • Ensure the fridge/freezer is well ventilated.

  • Relocate it away from direct sunlight or nearby heat-producing appliances.

 

Compressor does not run

 

Possible Causes:

  • Battery protection setting is too high.

  • Ambient temperature is too low.

  • Controller error.

Solutions:

  • Adjust the battery protection level according to the manual.

  • Move the unit to a warmer area (ideally room temperature).

  • Contact SnoMaster Service if the issue persists.

 

Temperature inside the fridge/freezer is too cold and the compressor runs continuously

 

Possible Causes:

  • The appliance is located in a very cold environment.

  • Thermostat probe fault.

  • Incorrect temperature setting.

Solutions:

  • Relocate the fridge/freezer to a moderate temperature area.

  • Verify that the temperature is set correctly.

  • Have the thermostat probe inspected or replaced if needed.

 

Fridge/freezer is noisy during operation

 

Possible Causes:

  • The fridge/freezer is not level.

  • Internal components are loose.

  • Dust or obstruction on the condenser fan.

Solutions:

  • Level the fridge/freezer on a stable surface.

  • Check and secure any loose parts.

  • Clean the condenser fan and ensure clear airflow.
