FAQ
Compressor Running, but Not Cooling

  • This may indicate a blockage or a refrigerant gas leak. Please contact your nearest service centre for assistance.

Compressor Running Continuously

  • Check if the ambient temperature is too high; consider moving the appliance to a cooler, well-ventilated area.
  • Ensure the voltage supply is stable. If it’s fluctuating, turn off the appliance and restart it once the power stabilizes.

Exterior Surface Feels Warm

  • This is normal, as the appliance’s compressor transfers heat from inside to the exterior. The surface temperature can reach up to 70–90°C.

Fridge Door Hard to Open

  • If the door was recently opened, wait a few minutes to allow the internal air pressure to stabilise before trying again.

Unusual Noises (Gurgling or Cracking Sounds)

  • Confirm that the appliance is level on the ground.
  • Note that occasional noises are normal due to refrigerant movement during the cooling cycle.
  • Ensure there’s adequate spacing around the appliance and that it isn’t touching other objects.
  • If the noise persists, inspect for loose pipes or parts and contact a service agent if necessary.
